When it comes to wedding venues, Justin isn’t just the guy who knows how to “save the date”—he’s the guy who helps make sure it doesn’t need saving in the first place. As the fearless Chief Ever-After Officer of Nuptial, Justin has spent over a decade showing venue owners how to dodge disasters before they even appear on the radar.
Forming Nuptial in 2022 was Justin’s way of making the world a safer place, one flower-laden aisle at a time. He and his team work with over 300 venues across 35 states, equipping owners with proactive strategies to manage risks effectively.
His secret sauce? A philosophy that’s as simple as it is uncommon: “Products don’t solve problems, but processes can help solve products.” Translation? Insurance is great, but it’s the last line of defense—not the first.
Justin believes that no one should have to rely solely on insurance to solve a problem, because, let’s be real, everyone enjoys writing premium checks about as much as a root canal. Instead, Nuptial helps venue owners put policies and procedures in place to help avoid chaos altogether. Whether it’s protecting a century-old barn from unruly groomsmen or keeping an elegant ballroom free of champagne-related mishaps, Nuptial’s got it covered.
When he’s not busy helping venue owners master the fine art of risk management, Justin can likely be found explaining to people that, no, Nuptial isn’t a wedding planning business—though his attention to detail might make them pretty OK at that too.
He loves all of Nuptial’s partners, but his number one love is his incomparable wife Molly, and their two sweet little girls, Ava and Rosie.

Think of her as a wedding venue whisperer, fluent in both “event insurance” and “happily ever after.” Whether she’s crafting event insurance solutions or sharing wisdom about venue protection that doesn’t involve a single premium payment, she’s all about making sure the only tears at weddings are happy ones. Following Nuptial’s philosophy that “products don’t solve problems, but processes can help solve problems,” she’s dedicated to finding creative solutions that work better than just throwing insurance at everything. Because let’s face it – while love might be blind, venue protection shouldn’t be!
When she is not helping all of their wonderful couples and venue owners, she loves spending her free time with her wonderful husband Ryland and doing all of their wonderful home projects together (when she says their home projects she really means just watching her husband do it lol).

Trying your hand at fixing up an old house is a lot like everyday life. You get out of it what you put in it; the work, the effort, the materials. Regardless of the wrong paint color here or there, the hard work usually pays off.
Jessamie came aboard to help our team seek out new and exciting people and places. She had experience as a venue assistant in a past life and understands the hustle and bustle and what it really takes to stand out in the space.
While finding these new locales, Jessamie also spends her time with the design and speciality aspects of the business. Treating customers like friends has always been her motto, so she keeps this in mind when she’s expertly crafting new things and ideas for our partners. She’s never met a gift box she didn’t like.
What she says…
The big picture for Jessamie is you get what you give, and to treat others the way you want to be treated. She can also be heard saying these things to her three kids, but they ring true in her life every day.

When she’s not crafting bulletproof insurance policies that would make even Mother Nature think twice, Jessica can be found creating her own adventures with her very own absolutely incredible prince charming Trent and their furry entourage of five (yes, five!) pets. Her home is essentially Noah’s Ark minus the flood insurance – though she could probably get you a great rate on that too.
Jessica approaches insurance the way she approaches life: with warmth, wisdom, and a dash of wit. She’s perfected the art of turning “what if” scenarios into “no worries” solutions transforming the typically mundane world of liability coverage into a labor of love, ensuring venue owners can focus on creating magical moments rather than fretting about weather forecasts or Uncle Bob who insists on juggling the centerpieces.
Jessica brings her passion for both protection and celebration to every client interaction, proving that insurance doesn’t have to be all thunder and lightning – sometimes it can be rainbows and sunshine too. And while some might say insurance is all about preparing for the worst, Jessica’s approach is refreshingly different – she’s all about preparing for the best, while quietly having a backup plan for everything else.
